Restaurants that don't have prices on their menus are driving away guests, and here's why.  Maybe you think that, by not displaying prices, you'll get guests to spend more, but it's going to do the opposite.  Most people, especially these days, have a budget they have to stick to make sure all their bills get paid. They're not going to gamble that on a place if they don't know the value of what they'll get.  And why should they? If you don't respect them enough to be upfront with their pricing, why would they bother to give you their time or money? If you want to attract guests and build a successful, sustainable business, you've got to be real with them.
