Their support team is really good about sending replacements. You just have to fill out the online form with the serial number. They’ll send one for free.

Call customer service they will send you replacements! Gestational diabetes here too - just be cautious , they tend to run lower than a finger stick by at least 20 points !

I hate the Libre 3+ so much. Compared to finger pokes, my numbers are 5-20 points different every time. It constantly tells me I’m low when a finger stick says I’m fine. The alarm constantly goes off and I have to manually silence the alarms. If I lay on it then it tells me my levels are low at 53 constantly.. Stresses me out more than provides peace of mind.

Okay so they will replace them if they fail with in 5 days of placement you can call or do it online. I always put mine more towards the outside of my arm and not so much under the arm.

I use these and their customer service is great about sending replacements for free. For me, it’s easier to put them on the back of my arm instead of the bottom of my arm.
