Also, as you mentioned Main Street, Driftwood Shores, Wall-Nut Hills and Cactus canyon were supposed to come back as zombiefied maps in Herbal Assault and they acutally finished making Brain street the only thing that was left to do is the final objective. And that objective was the last one of Zomboplis, yes Zombopolis is a recreation of Brain street you can see many similar buildings and landscapes to Brain Street. You can also see that in the PvZGW2 trailer that the backround was the 1st objective of Brain Street. Alas the map was scrapped and repurpised into Zombopolis even though in the game files it is still called Brain Street. Also about the Z-Tech Factory, there are multiole ones according to the game and the Zombots that are buult there are no where in sight in GW2 and that is where a fan theory was made assuming that there were still humans fighting zomboss in another continent like europe or asia as for we know that suburbia has been taken over by the zombies and no humans live there anymore ( the western region of the usa you can see that in the storyline of battle for neighborville, moon base z and pvz1 lore.) And also to make things clear, gw2 was actually supposed to be an update of gw1 you can search that in youtube by typing GW1 update 1.5 and it is very likely that the zombies won garden warfare 2 if you read the comics, it is said there that the zombies take over the world by 2022.

one thing i never understand is that in Z-Tech Factory, there are tons of zombots being launched, and the plants are doing nothing about it. but in Zombopolis, the entire plants mission is to stop just one zombot from launching. why aren't they doing the same for the Z-Tech Factory?

gw1, plants had the upper hand with rarely any zombified maps but then it seemed all hope was lost in gw2 with most maps invaded by zombies. Z-Tech gave zomboss Mech Garagantuars, Z-Tech Factories, Zombots, Z-Mechs (with variants), Zombie Operated Drones, Big Bolt Blaster (with variant), New Variants of the Zombot Turret, Robo-Zombies, Super Brains and his variations, Machines that turn the map zombified, A giant magnet that powers solar eclipses, Future imps, and other various achievements with the help of Z-Tech.
