I read an article years ago, the woman was packing up after a beach day, 3 kids, a bit stressed and carrying everything, they passed an old couple sitting on the promenade and the man turned to his wife and said sadly, "wow.. those were the days." It really stayed with me.

I’ll wake up and be like “today is one of the “one more days” I wished for in the future” and I’ll really soak it up. Cuddles with my baby, with my husband, with my cat. Enjoying our home. Calling my parents. Banking every moment for future memories. Then when I’m old and I say “I wish I could have one more day…” I’ll know I had them all.
