As a married woman. I am in fact NOT better than single moms! Anything can happen and I can become on in seconds. Yall strength is amazing. Doing both parents’ jobs. The way some married women look down on single mom’s while they’re drowning and their men are cheating is beyond me.

because they internalized the patriarchy. based on social acceptability standards they ARE "better than you". same way skinny > fat, white > black, employed > unemployed, etc. the problem is the system of standards itself. we need to fix it

I became a single mother (widowed) and yea I saw how married women with children looked down on me its crazy! I have a man now but I'm not and never will be better than anyone! Stay proud girl sounds like you're doing just fine for you and you're babies.

THIS, all of this. I dont work more than 9 days a year, owning businesses that run themselves and have a large garden/land and 6 chickens. Most women can only have a trad life because of a husband but I have it without a man. own a house and have degrees without a man 👌👌👌🥰🥰🥰
