in our 7yr-rs, idk i've been cheated on. i felt frustrated and it's hard for me to forgive (esp ik all along my intentions were pure). he didn't even ask for forgiveness, he just left me hanging— and posting happy memories he just created w his new girl. i thought i can move forward now that he's happy, while i still longing to ask me forgiveness. but i'm wrong. that week, i went to the church. the priests homily was about forgiveness. about forgiving people— even they didn't ask for it. on that time, i said to myself that God forgives me, why can't i forgive those who wronged me? from that day, i realized, you can never really move forward if u don't forgive them. even they left us devastated. even how much pain they've caused to us. we must learn to forgive in able to have a fulfilling life. to everyone who's struggling in giving forgiveness, may you teaches your heart to be humble and kind. we are just living here temporarily, let us lower our pride to everyone.

i remember before i finally have a personal relationship with God. Before i was really clueless at everything, i am Christian since birth but somehow there’s something wrong, i don’t feel like there’s really a God exists because of my situation. And one day i was really like wanted to know the truth and answer in every question i have in my mind, and then the Lord talked to me. He said that the reason why i felt empty is because i have this hatred towards my parents that i can’t forgive them, He said that it’s not my fault, i am just not aware of everything and He said that He never leave by my side even once it’s just that i don’t recognize Him as my God. After that i talked to my parents, i open up everything and asked for forgiveness and i also forgive them. until then i don’t feel like carrying something heavy anymore, im living in peace now and i realized that to have a personal relationship with God you should surrender everything to Him and not carrying it on your own, try to let go of it and come to Him because He’s always watching us and waiting for us. trust me, forgiving is the best decision than carrying it in your own, the feeling of after forgiving someone is very refreshing, it’s as if you’re in heaven full of peacefulness.

out of the blue pumasok papa ko sa isip ko who left us 25 years ago. we met many times not even asking for forgiveness. now , how do you forgive someone who are not asking for it? and then this bump in my feed. patunay lng na nadidinig tayo ng panginoon without even opening our mouth but thru our hearts.
