this is why I dont get people saying that rover is a marry sue or that they had no challenges. Like the whole game is rover getting help. Like they have badass moments but theyre usually against humans when there's boss fights they do need help. Also shorekeeper did technically die, cartethiya as well so the "they didn't lose anything" is also like flawed

yea sure rover gets help a few times but it doesn't come off as much as a rover flaw for giving more depth to him but rather to hammer in the whole "everybody loves rover" idea. Like none of these situations say anything about rover
