So instead, let’s talk about how to do it right - and what cold therapy actually does.😼 Cold is not a sculpting tool.🙀 It won’t lift skin/fascia or drain lymph like a massage. What it will do is act as a vascular regulator - creating vasoconstriction (tightening of blood vessels) followed by vasodilation (opening), like a mini workout for your capillaries. This shift helps improve circulation tone, calm inflammation, reduce puffiness, and support skin health. 😻 But here’s the key: 🕒 Don’t do cold therapy immediately after lymphatic massage.👊 Your body needs time to process and move fluid when it’s warm and mobile.🔥 Cold closes vessels - and done too early, it can block the lymph movement you just worked for or even worse call for muscle spasm! ✨ So: wait 30–40 minutes post-massage or do it 30-40 minute before massage, then use cold as a nervous system support + capillary trainer.
