No, I think it’s a very bad decision to let her get out early. Just from what you’ve told us she still has very concerning behaviors…she needs to be held responsible for her actions. I have a bad feeling that this won’t be the last time we hear about her.

Honestly it’s not even about being risky. She did something horrible that will haunt the victim for the rest of her life. Accurate punishment is to stay behind bars for life.

I am so torn on this. Morgan had a lot of mental health issues from her dad, that went untreated prior to the attack. Anissa did not. The only issue she had was age. So I think the media did a wild job of painting Morgan as a monster and Anissa as a kid at the wrong place/wrong time but she was an active and willing participant. None of us know what the trained and licensed people seen in Morgan; we don’t know her progress or brain stability. Ofc the prosecution is going to want to keep her in, they’re paid to win. But, like us, they aren’t psychiatrists. And three state psychiatrists said she was ready. I know this sounds like a Morgan defense comment but it’s not. I think both should’ve served more time and the only victim is Peyton. But I think there is also a lot of imbalance and blame placed solely on Morgan and little to none on Anissa when both are guilty.
