My now ex-husband wad abusive to me for many many years up until the day I left him and ultimately filed for a divorce. He always preached the Bible about a continuous woman but he NEVER preached about the way he was during our relationship/marriage of over 38+ years. He was also am adulter and admitted to cheating on me throughout our relationship and marriage 19 20 times. That's the number that was given but I'm sure it's much much higher. God seen and heard everything he was doing to me and pulled me out. 1985-2023

I've had both. The 1st beat me up & had guns to my head for 11 years. My son died because of the trauma later in life. 2nd was emotional abuse. My attorney said its the worst emotional abuse she's ever heard of.

Finally. I see a lot of churches always preach that women should be loyal and submissive to her husband, but they leave out where the Bible also says for the husbands to love their wives like Christ loved the church.
