@cookinginthemidwest: Cheesy Pizza Tortellini is an easy and delicious one pan dinner! INGREDIENTS 1 lb ground beef 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper 1 tsp each of onion powder and Italian seasoning 1 tbsp minced garlic 24 oz jar of marinara sauce 19 oz frozen cheese tortellini 1/2 block (4 oz) of cream cheese Pepperoni Shredded Colby Jack cheese Parmesan cheese Dried parsley INSTRUCTIONS Brown 1 lb of ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Add some pepperoni (I used about 1/3 cup of chopped pepperoni). Let that cook until pepperoni are starting to brown. Drain any grease from the pan. Add minced garlic, marinara sauce, and half a block of cream cheese. Stir everything well. Next, add the frozen tortellini, stir well, cover, with a lid and once starting to bubble, cook on medium-low heat for about 5 minutes or until tortellini are tender. Top with shredded Colby Jack cheese and more pepperoni. Broil in the oven or cover and let sit on the burner on low until the cheese is melted. Top with dried parsley and Parmesan cheese.
