maybe put the mirror where you were going to put the piece of furniture. that way it will reflect the light from the windows making the room brighter. and then put the piece of furniture where the mirror was. it looks like there's more room on that side.

that tabel looks amazing, with the extended version it fits better in the room. But also amazing looking tabel. I like the legs the most. Nice detail

I definitely think it looks better and there is still room if you want to add more furniture to the room. I don't think you should rotate the table. but maybe move the mirror to the opposite, smaller wall?
