RESEP KUE SOES, bahannya simple tapi kadang bikin kezelll • BAHAN ATAS : - 50 gr margarin atau mentega - 60 gr gula halus - 75 gr tepung terigu serbaguna • BAHAN VLA : - 2 kuning telur ayam - 75 gr gula pasir - 30 gr tepung maizena - 250 ml susu putih - 250 ml krim kental - 250 gr buah durian • BAHAN SOES : - 100 ml air - 100 ml susu - 50 gr margarin atau mentega - 100 gr tepung terigu - 1/2 sdt garam - 1 sdt gula pasir - 2 butir telur ayam • TIPS MASAK : 1. Saat membuat adonan kulit soes, wajib dimasak sampai mendidih, baru masukan tepung terigu, masak dengan api kecil sampai adonan agak kering dan bau tepung sdh hilang. 2. Untuk rasa, aroma, serta gurih margarin bisa di ganti mentega. 3. Simpan adonan atas di kulkas selama 30 menit. 4. Untuk Vla bisa ganti susu putih dengan coklat dan tambahkan 30 gr coklat bubuk, bila vla nya mau rasa coklat. 5. Panaskan oven terlebih dahulu di 200 sampai 220°C selama 15 menit sebelum memasukan soes nya. 6. Oven jangan pernah dibuka tutup, biar soes tidak menciut.
