@simplysuppa: I’ve always loved to cook, but baking has never come super easy to me. This spring, I decided to try to make my own sourdough from scratch. It takes some trial and error, and some failed attempts, but baking bread has become a cathartic and tranquil activity for me. I can’t tell explain the satisfaction I get when I cut into a warm, airy loaf. It’s definitely addictive. Everyone will ask for my recipe, and it’s not my recipe at all.
