Ingredients: 🔸 Filet mignon 🔸 2 packs Buldak Ramen 🔸 5 tbsp mayo 🔸 2 tbsp minced garlic 🔸 3 egg yolks 🔸 2 tbsp chili oil 🔸Salt and Pepper Instructions: 1. Smoke the Filet: Season your filet, then smoke it on your Weber Searwood at 200°F until it reaches an internal temp of 120°F. Sear it hot and baste with butter. Let it rest, then slice. 2. Cook the Ramen: Boil the Buldak noodles per package instructions. Save 1/4 cup of the noodle water before draining. 3. Make the Sauce: In a bowl, mix 1–2 Buldak sauce packets (based on your spice level), powder packets, mayo, minced garlic, and egg yolks until smooth. Stir in the reserved noodle water. 4. Combine: Toss the noodles in the sauce until fully coated. Add a drizzle of chili oil and mix again. 5.
