@theptmama: Let’s talk about the ATNR reflex! This baby reflex is widely misunderstood. Especially in how can affect a child if it doesn’t integrate properly through movements like rolling and crawling. This is why it’s so important that milestones are not skipped! #babymilestones #babydevelopment #pediatricphysicaltherapy #parenting #babyreflexes
These reflexes are seriously so interesting to learn about!

My baby skipped crawling because she had torticolis and it looked painful to do tummy time so I felt like I was torturing her. How do babies get torticolis?

I suspect my son's atnr is interfering with his crawling progress. He is almost 10 months and he refuses hands and knees position, his right arm pulls back when he turns his head like you said when I attempt to assist him getting on all fours (he wont attempt this position on his own). We are starting early intervention therapy this week. 🥺

Help! - We are considering getting our baby a Strider Rocking Balance Bike for Christmas. He will be 7 months old at that time. It’s advertised for 6m+. Is it safe though that young? Love your content.
