Lived there for 3 years in 3 different apartments and just moved out. The apartments themselves are beautiful and are the most spacious you'll find downtown. Sucks that the residents destory the building, the building itself is falling apart, the elevators never work and security sucks. I live by lake eola now and its a whole different environment lol people are way better and a-lot safer.

I used to live here 2020 moved back in the building recently April single female I’ve had zero issues with security. If safety is priority don’t move downtown there’s hella homeless and drunk pll so obviously keep that in mind… they staff alwys been cool and extremely helpful concierge alwys offer to help with heavy items since I’m just a girl.

Lived there from 2016-2018 and it was a timeeee lol but when the managment changed it became 🗑️and the parking was crazy that you only get ONE spot behind the gate and have to pay $200 for an additional spot in the regular spaces 🫠 deff a good call on your end! ✨

I had friends that lived there and homeless people were always sleeping in the halls and by the pool. It was pretty easy to get in the building and get past security too

You share utilities with the entire floor my bill was 300+ winter or summer the weirdest concept ever very annoying also leaving and having to tell 4+ crack heads not I don’t have any money the main lady in the office is also super rude

I would never move to 55 west. To many security issues. I loved aspired, moved out after 3 years. Moved into a resort community. Highly recommend aspire

Avoid this place like the plague. Random people tried opening my door (saw them through ring), terrible security, private parking is shared with public parking and is next to the Kia Center so imagine game/concert days (got stuck in the parking garage for 2 hours one time), missing weights and broken machines at the gym.

A friend lived at 55 W. while she was remodeling her house. And she said that on the weekends people would get drunk and pull the fire alarm and they would have to evacuate down like 15 flights of stairs and wait out in the street until the fire department cleared it.

Just the parking alone is a NO for me!!! Right on pine street, too much traffic in that area and good luck having people over without them spending $5-10 every time
