There are other options to the over-populated, over priced South . I pay 12,000 AUD per year, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home fully furnished with pool including WIFI, pool maintenance and house keeper on 200 of sqm land less than 5 minutes to Lovina central.

That price is the ultimate gentrified pricing. I used to live in canggu for 5-6million/ month. We wouldnt be able to get that price anymore since all the foreigner-owned accommodations are crashing the market price

Pindah aja ke daerah-daerah Pedesaan di Jepang🇯🇵, banyak rumah kosong yang sudah tidak ditempati dalam kondisi masih bagus dan asri. Bahkan Pemerintah Jepang🇯🇵 mempersilahkan orang asing untuk pindah ke rumah di pedesaan tersebut dengan harga cuma : 5000 IDR🇮🇩 bahkan ada yang Gratis/Free 😁. Dan ingatlah Jepang adalah Negara Dunia Pertama👍.
