You have to remember Customer service is not what it used to be these people now they don’t give a damn about Customer service. I’m telling you once the baby boomers retired you got a whole different generation up in there now I work when I want to work.

I had to get a piece of glass cut and couldn’t find anyone. I called customer service from the glass cutting station and they sent someone right over. I said I wasn’t going to run around to find someone. Just call the store, it works

Lowe’s has really gone downhill in last 5 years especially. I will never buy another piece of lumber from them again. I treat like Walmart. I will go when I have no other option.
