Oh I’m here for this one. Was on Sema from july 2023 to feb 2025, lost 35 lbs in the first 8 months then plateaued the rest of the time. Could not lose a single lb no matter what I did. Just started tirz, on my third month starting today and I’m down an additional 13 lbs 🥰🥰

Good luck! I've been on Zepbound and it's great! Don't get too focused on the speed of loss as it can distract you from the big picture. Some are fast some are not but at the end of the day loss is loss and it's a win. You're doing great💪🏻💕

Me again lol, I LOVE TIRZ much more than sema. Less side effects and honestly more strong appetite suppression. The 2.5 starting dose, appetite suppression came back pretty quick after week 3, but I’ve been on 2 months of 5 Mg and I’m holding strong! Tirz is a different beast
