I have several health issues which creates a headache when shopping. I am diabetic type 2 but acts like type 1 because of my genetic pancreas disease. But i need low fat because of my pancreas condition and low carb because of my diabetes. For me all fat is bad even good fats. I have FCS. Plus i have pcos and a autoimmune disease so i need anti-inflammatory foods too. What the heck is left to eat? 🙄
