So in 2016, a poll found90% Native Americans supported the name Redskins In 2020, there was a change to Commanders due to political pressure. NAGA (not MAGA) filed a lawsuit in 2023 to bring back the Redskins bame as they found it harma the cultural relvance if Native Americans and caused erausure of the only NFL Team bearing a cultural reference to Native Americans.
