Sani :
Skin issues are often overlooked and unnoticed on melanated skin due to medical bias so for risk of not being diagnosed of a skin cancer in time it’s probably more important for richer tones than ones that are more fair to wear it, but sunscreen seriously is for everyone.

🥕🍉 Top Fruits & Vegetables That Act Like Internal Natural Sunscreen ✅ 1. Tomatoes Rich in: Lycopene Effect: Helps neutralize free radicals from UV exposure. Tip: Cooked tomatoes (like tomato paste) offer more lycopene than raw. ✅ 2. Watermelon Rich in: Lycopene (even more than tomatoes) + water for hydration Effect: May reduce UV-induced redness when eaten regularly. ✅ 3. Carrots Rich in: Beta-carotene (a precursor to Vitamin A) Effect: Boosts skin's natural defense against sunburn. Tip: Eat with healthy fats (like avocado) to absorb better. ✅ 4. Sweet Potatoes Rich in: Beta-carotene Effect: Supports skin protection and repair from UV damage. ✅ 5. Leafy Greens (Spinach, Kale) Rich in: Lutein + Zeaxanthin Effect: Help protect skin and eyes from oxidative stress caused by UV light.
