@jenniferlatch: Do you enjoy running? Part of my overall longevity plan is to add a few cardio bursts a week. I can walk for miles and I do that almost daily but cardio bursts are 😝 for me. I’ve decided to approach this on a gradient that will allow me to not be in so much pain that I’ll actually do it again. I’m doing this for my future self and not to punish myself. It important for me to get blood into my extremities and make my heart work harder to accomplish that. ❤️
Oh Jen, I understand! I used to run from second avenue to 48th avenue it was awful. But by the end I felt good.

I’m planning on applying on jobs today bc I really want to leave the Midwest. I’ve been looking into SF and I was wondering what your thoughts were. I grew up really enjoying hiking, skiing, good food, cultural diversity in ways of life but also in FOOD, and also the comforts of a city/urban lifestyle. Would you recommend SF, or is there somewhere else you would recommend?
