I’m 5wpo and my doctor said it was alright to take a short bike ride…that was a bad idea. I’m going to wait another couple of weeks to try again.

I really like your vids :) I'm post op day 15 and ive had a breast reduction back in 2013 (back issues and also weight pulled on the front of my neck too!) so I'm no stranger to large and long healing times. It made me smile watching this one. Im 33 and my mum is 48 but the generational gap about health is so big. She has long term foot issues for a while now and I've been trying to teach her how to manage her pain since i have had issues with my body for over half my life. Knowing yourself and treating that potential for pain is so important 🥰 Pain is harder to treat once it's already taken hold. You're wise for the ways you treat your body it makes me happy and makes your content so real. ❤️👍 Keep doing your thing, i see you girl and you are killing it. 😊
