She definitely beat the case the police lied that she was in the door way the other officer was able to walk in without any problems easy lawsuit for her special with first officer telling to stay right there sit down while she waits for paper work 😭😂🤣

Still don’t understand the legality of this. Cuz now the only thing they can legally get her is resisting arrest but she wasn’t trespassing or breaking any laws. She wasn’t detained or under arrest free to leave at any point she has to be one which to have to follow commands. So based off that alone the charge for resisting an unjustified arrest will get tossed. Can’t resist something that never should have took place to begin with.
