I finally got my hands on the Sir Davis whisky, so it was only right I made a burnt honey whisky vanilla bean ice cream to accompany the outrageous cobbler. I’m also not a whisky drinker, but I think I might have been converted 👀 I’ve been been making peach cobbler since I was 9 and don’t get me wrong they’ve always been good but then I realised I could make the topping with a buttermilk cinnamon biscuit and I’m never going to look back.
