cool, go above that manager, unless its a VERY small chain, there should be an area or district manager, or general HR, send them the same evidence, or better yet, send them that plus screenshots that it was sent to the manager, keep emailing mgr but BCC (BLIND carbon copy, its like CCing, but it doesn't display who all it goes to, so mgr will only see it going to him, not the copy going to HR|AM|DM|GML. kind of a good way to secretly tattle on mgr.
