well, they say 20% with tirzepatide, i was 285, now 225...haven't lost any more in 3 mos. guess that's what is to be expected

Stalled for 5 weeks 😭 back and forth, loose one pound, gain 2 pounds, back and forth I’m the same weight I was over a month ago. It’s so discouraging. I’ve lost 53 pounds since January. I feel I’d have been farther along. Also I don’t even feel like I’m on a GLP1 anymore. My food noise is back. My cravings are back. I my hunger is back. I just want to stop, I’m paying for nothing.

I stalled a month several times in 11 months of a 1000 cal diet. Lost 49lbs (no glp used) and have 11lbs more to lose. what i learned is 1k calories is too restrictive, Iow carb/high protein diet needs more carbs🤪 and do a 1-2 day refeed of carbs every 10-14 days
