You realize that this method of harvest is used because it creates the highest yield. This is also privately owned property. This practice is used widely since the USFS timber sale program has disappeared. Its the side effect of environmentalists actions against federal timber sales. And just so you understand the full extent, whatever timber harvests have diminished in the United States, they've increased in some third world nation, where there's no regulation. Congratulations you moved the timber harvesting to a country with absolutely no oversight. The demand doesn't go away just the supply location changes. Hopefully you're proud of yourself. But I guess like all true democrats as long as it's not in your backyard it doesn't matter.
