welcome to the cluuuub. its fun here. motherhood will absolutely shatter functioning in this world so its super common to get diagnosed at this stage. I love kc Davis and all of her stuff. so many good content creators that focus on that subject. for me the "just 1 dish" system works wonders. so I tell myself i just have to do one dish and if I feel motivated to do more I do more. I end up getting the whole house organized because that initial task is small enough for me to start and the dopamine after that just starts flooding the brain as you finish tasks.
