😂 the irony of people saying 'doc didn't read it's right there.' just putting the word cooperative in the name and description of things isn't legally binding it as a coop. document never defines them as a cooperative and defines them operating as a 501c. this isn't complex and arguably legally seen as mislabeled to cause confusion

Dude, you might want to check your dates on thing. This was a filing made in April of 2024 requesting 501c3 status. They were informed they are not eligible for 501c3 status, but instead would be eligible for 501c12 status. Hence their bylaws be dated May of 2024.

Their business operation location is the same as their registered agent, which some dudes house that for $50 you can use his address to register your business. It’s basically for shell companies…if you look at the articles of incorporation it’s a generic form version, that you can download online. They didn’t even pay a lawyer to do it and it’s never passing the smell test from the IRS as a 501c3…
