Honestly I would toss a bunch of that crinkled vinyl. You won’t use half of those colors for anything anyways. Ask yourself what you want to make with it and toss what doesn’t fit that. I bought a pack of slap bracelets and those actually keep them closed pretty well, then just store in a bin 🤷🏼♀️

i just use masking tape to keep them from unwinding and just have them in a wrapping paper storage bag LOL

Don’t roll the small pieces!! Keep a folder or something maybe. Once it’s rolled up tightly it’s hard to work with
