Can you tell me what you’ve been eating more of? Avocados? Spinach? Citrus fruits?

I’m doing this. I was doing a walking challenge and now 14 days after my period I just don’t feel like doing it. I’ve waited to find someone. This is why I struggle losing weight. Bc I will be motivated and then slowly I just don’t feel like doing it anymore

Girl I’m going thru this as well. I have Hashimotos. I’m thinking I may go back on my Lexapro. Was just talking to my husband about these same feelings. It all happens around my period then sometimes I come out of it quick other times it’s a struggle. Idk I hate it though!

that sounds like PMDD, there’s definitely a root cause especially if you’re also dealing with autoimmunity (aka Hashimoto’s)

I feel this way too at 42 and I feel like it is all cycle related. Hormones are not nice.

I have Hashimotos and I know exactly what you mean! With Hashimotos they’re other underline issues that come with it - insulin resistance - pcos - high cortisol - and PMDD - Hashimotos is activated due to trauma

Hormones for sure. I feel so similar. I’ve been doing research on peptides. I think they have one for hashimotos and gut health

I agree with other comments, this sounds like PMDD - which can also stem from Hashimotos - I dont feel like myself 10-14 days before my period 😭

Unfortunately it comes with hashimotos girly I have Hashimotos and hypothyroidism and yes even if you eat good you still have those feelings the one way to feel better is taking the meds and a antidepressant which I think you had already mentioned you were taking.

Hashimotos. Did everything and still felt like crappp. Got on Naltrexone, tirzepatide and selenium and it’s a game changer.

DiddyDirtDog :
Levothyroxine for hypo is a lab created version of what your body already creates so don’t worry too much about adding some, being hypo for too long is way harmful. I had major health repercussions from letting myself be hypo for too long (6mo) trying to take care of it naturally. Plaques in my ankles, precancerous thyroid nodules, hair loss, blood flow issues, I would not recommend doing what I did.
