@youcare.selfcare: This is my 4 ingredient protein salad. The 4 ingredients are lentils, red cabbage, shelled edamame, and shredded carrots. This is my go-to lunch when I don’t have anything made and because there is minimal chopping and no dressing to mix, it only takes a few minutes to throw together. I always get tons of requests for this salad when I share it on my story, so grab the 4 ingredients and make it soon! I promise you will love it and feel so energized after eating it.   Recipe: •1 box of Trader Joe's lentils (or 3 cups cooked lentils) •1 bag thawed @seapointfarms shelled edamame •1 cup @calorganicfarms chopped red cabbage •1 1/2 cups @calorganicfarms shredded carrots •Olive oil, Braggs apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper Combine everything together!
