It’s the same in the books. The deeper and longer they go in to the relationship the more Jeremiah starts to show his true colors! He is also going to lose his patience with Belly the further the season goes on because he’s slowly noticing Belly’s feelings for Conrad!!

Another thing I’ve just remembered is how Jenny Han is inconsistent w her characters bcus Jeremiah was so unserious in s1 acting like a yk what but then not even a yr later in s2 he manned up and was the primary carer of his DYING mother even taking care of the medical bills like that takes another level of maturity yet in s3 he’s made out to be this useless immature manchild like I’m sorry it’s not adding up

I've said it on other videos and I'll say it again, he had so much pressure to be mature last season that it makes sense he's let go a bit this one to finally be a kid again. He hasn't been given the opportunity to process any of his trauma yet.
