Dana’s Pasta Salad 1 lb. pasta, (I like penne, bowtie, or rotini) 1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. sour cream 3 tbsp. olive oil 3 tbsp. Cavender’s Greek Seasoning 1 small can chopped black olives 4-5 green onions, chopped Optional: 1 can small artichoke hearts (not marinated), chopped Boil and drain pasta according to package directions. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, olive oil, and Cavender’s. Whisk to combine. In a large bowl, add pasta, black olives, and green onions (and optional artichoke hearts if preferred). Add about half of the dressing to the bowl and stir to combine. Continue to add dressing to your preference.
