@kristysketolifestyle: Homemade Ranch Pickles🥒 These are so delicious! Derek tried them and said they were really good. My mom stopped by, tried one and said the same! 👏🏼 RECIPE - INGREDIENTS: Pickling or English cucumbers sliced (enough to fill a 1 liter jar 1 cup boiling hot water 1 cup white vinegar 4 garlic cloves 2 Tbsp fresh dill 1-2 Tbsp ranch seasoning 1 Tbsp whole peppercorns 1 tsp salt 1 tsp (or more) crushed red pepper flakes DIRECTIONS: 1. Slice the cucumbers and then pack them into a 1 liter jar. 2. Add in the dill, garlic cloves, ranch seasoning, red pepper flakes and peppercorns. 3. In a separate glass, mix the hot water, vinegar and salt until dissolved. 4. Pour over the pickles and then cover with a lid. 5. Shake and then refrigerate for at least 24 hours. *The longer they sit, the more tasty they’ll be!
