@monarchmorty: holy boyo I've been gone a few days and 3 of my recent videos blew up kind of? damn that took me for surprise. thank you all none the less for the love and encouragement! it's been a rough few days between my cycle and work stress so I took a little time off from TikTok. but I'm back! I'm ngl I really did not want "typical" savory lunch food today. I had a hole in my spirit that only 2 men named Ben and Jerry could fill. so I had an ice cream lunch date with the 2 of them 😂 and that's ok! oh also I got a new water bottle! the spring on mine broke so my fiance asked if he could have it. mines cute and pink and has a straw haha. but yeah we did alright today. didn't move as much as I wanted at just under 3k steps. had 40oz of water instead of the usual 64 (unless we count the green tea but I don't). and I had a lazy day today. but that's alright. sometimes we need a break from everything and to just relax. don't over do yourself or you'll burn out. take breaks. rest. #weightloss #weightlossjourney #caloriedeficit #WIEIAD
