Another tip, my dietitian gave me was a pinch of Celtic salt in my water first thing in the morning. I’ve been doing that for a little over a month and it really helps on top of the regular hydration tips.

I always get beef jerky and sugar free candy and carry a bottle water and always stop by a gas station to get snacks and some Gatorade zero

I went to 250 out in the sun according to my CGM. I had a protein shake before, thats it. I was surprised.
