@gingermommy123: I don’t wanna outright blame my nervous system. We were living in a high stress situation for… well nearly our entire life. The sensitivity to gluten and dairy just became obvious once I calmed down my nervous system and have been living in a much more regulated state. Did you know long term trauma and stress can make your allergic reactions to things worse? Crazy how the body connects in so many different ways. But for me a trigger of psoriasis is also linked to stress… so I chucked it up to that, because I had never had an “allergic reaction” to anything. Or so I thought. But later on I found out my body isn’t a huge fan of my two favorite things. Once I kicked it the flair ups subsided. But now when it’s “phantom period” time and the cravings kick in all I want is a bagel and cream cheese!
