Girl your bod is tea and looks exactly like that in my opinion!! But based on what I’ve seen you respond to other comments your waist seems to be a concern? If so there isn’t much you can do about that, but you can do ab workouts to tighten the area making it appear smaller, and do glute + back/upper arm work outs as well to give the illusion of a smaller waist due to proportioning if that makes sense. But again girl I’d die for your both and your waist is so snatched so I don’t even think you need that 😭 💕

yeah so i used to be that skinny, major health issues now. you do need to workout and eat more protein, like chicken, fish, legumes, but we women need more fat to survive than men. especially due to our menstrual cycles & hormone levels

I just walk a LOT and go outside leg it every hour of the day and drink a bunch of water😭🙏

girl i’m bulit the exact same way as you you already that skinny they just have hourglass hips you can’t achieve that unless you get surgery wide hips are genetics

That body you want is more defined and toned. so start with building abdominal muscles!, Eat good protein. fruits, if you want something sweet. substitute it with smoothie king, it’s a large fruit shake. with 0 sugar, natural fruits, and veggies. + protein options! And eat a snack every now and then!.
