1. As always, I pay for all the food in my videos. For this video, the owner gave me the chicken parm for free because he's such a nice dude, not because of filming or anything, I think he could tell I was struggling to decide which sandwiches to get. 2. I personally choose and decide on all the spots I go to. 3. I missed NYC.

I live next to one of the “factories” that many streetcart vendors use to prep their food… A loophole in NYC sanitary law if you ask me… I couldn’t eat NYC street-cart food afterwards… Just imagine those Indian street food videos… but inside a rundown warehouse in NYC.

It must have felt amazing to indulge in those iconic NYC flavors after being in Asia for so long! A meatball sandwich and halal lamb over rice really do hit the spot when you’ve been craving something familiar.

Whenever I return from Korea, I always go to Astoria for a chicken over rice from King of Falafel. I miss properly season Middle Eastern as Asia makes it a lot the sweeter.
