You don’t do a deposit for stuff like that? Like a minimum. If it comes back clean or little to no damage you give it back. Easy.

This is a tough one! One time customer yeah!!!! but if It's a regular customer you have to decide if you wanna keep them or risk renegotiate policy, you'll need to start adding a additional cleaning deposit policy upfront but only use it when you need it for extreme situation😎🔥

Speaking from years of dirt road driving, he was flying down that road. You can’t avoid some of it. But if he went slow, it would not have been that bad at all.
