I love what i call surfing the rack… i start at 40lbs and then just rep each weight down to 10lb not skipping a weight until i cant do that weight anymore… the most insane pump ever

run the rack💯🔥💪, start at 5lbs and run up to what ya can't lift, usually I'll go up to 40lbs with good form, 10-15 reps, then go back down. arms are cooked by the end of it💯💯😳💪🏼💪🏼
