I had braces as a kid but didn’t wear my retainer as much as I should of. I can see one of my top teeth have shifted; as an adult could my recessed jawline and chin be fixed with another treatment of braces?

I have a deep overbite but me maxilla is very well developed but my mandible is a little retracted which is my I think I have a overbite but the mandible isn’t that bad ether it’s just that the maxilla is so well developed

I am currently in consultations with doctors- I said before my airway is tiny 12. But I don’t mouth breathe in general and my tongue does correctly- does this always mean surgery?
