Me stumbling across your videos was such a blessing. I studied the best of the best, abraham hicks, neville, joe dispenza, LOA coaches. For 7 years. All i got was more mental illness chronic stress and addictions that almost killed me many times.

Trying to control or fight the negative thoughts makes the resistance 1000x worse where if u accept it and don’t engage makes it stay at 5% then easily fade. Im so frkn happy i love itt and its so easy and keeps you stress free
