It’s honestly just that first trimester to me, once I got into the second trimester I slowly worked myself back into cooking/eating at home again so it brought back a little normalcy for me

Planning weekly meals at the moment for grocery shopping is SO hard. Like I want to save money, but honestly I have a difficult time deciding what I want to eat day of (nevermind 5-6 days ahead)!!!

Taco Bell is not terrible health wise. It’s typically not fried, has beans, veg. But if you eat out for one meal, tell yourself you have to eat a fruit serving as a snack later.

I had HG so bad when I was pregnant! Would get so hungry but didn’t want anything and it would make me more sick ! I ate taco bell a lot and it was one of the few things my stomach tolerated lol 😂

I’m 13 weeks too! This is my first pregnancy and eating is SO HARD! It also doesn’t help that I’m diabetic so when the only thing that sounds good is toast, I can’t have it bc my sugars will skyrocket. 😭
