I never sterilized things I just washed them like normal dishes. My kids are 12 and 8. Hopefully I haven’t caused them childhood trauma haha 😂

OMG!! I can't believe you got hate for the headphones. Headphones and earplugs saved my postpartum sanity with a collicky baby. We also did all the things you mentioned, and our babies thrived.

The nap time thing, YES! My kids sleep when they want, where they want. It was traumatic for the whole house trying to force them to sleep at specific times.

Dirt is all good. It will not kill or harm you. I always thought the noise canceling headphones was smart. Every Mom I have seen w/o them look so brittle and exhausted. I like hearing about the sleeping, good for all of you. Also great that your son can get to know his Uncle. ❤️

Have you ever talked about how you are planning for his future? Like savings funds, investing, etc. do you plan to travel with him ever? My wife and I go back and forth of having a baby because she wants to travel a lot and it’s just us two. No family or friends. I loooove watching your family and hoping I can have one like it some day 💜

People can be so judgmental! If you listen to your baby they will tell you what they need. I wish I had know about noise canceling headphones when my babies were little💗💗💗
