Settings>Privacy&Security>Diagnostics&Feedback: Turn off the “Send Optional Diagnostic Data” and everything else under that menu. Then, delete diagnostic data.

there's a ton more reg edits you can do to make your pc run so much better, like disabling the xbox game bar, literally never used that feature outside of volume control but you can just tab out for that

You can also use Revo Uninstaller to help uninstall bloatwear programs and all their leftovers. It's free and the first thing I install on PC's I work on.
